Paid Parental Leave Program

Redstone offers a new Paid Parental Leave Program designed to support employees during special life moments such as the birth of a child or placement of a child for adoption or foster care. We understand the importance of these life events and are committed to supporting our team members with this enhancement to our leave policies. This program will be available to regular part-time and full-time employees.

Student Loan Paydown Program

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare supports the efforts of employees who have completed educational degrees in nursing for professional growth and development. Redstone offers student loan repayment for eligible employees up to $15,000 over a (3) year period. To be eligible, the employee must be active in a position that requires a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and be full-time, part-time, or casual. Eligible degree programs include Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing, or Bachelors in Nursing.
