Part-Time Status Employee Benefits

Redstone is pleased to announce health insurance coverage is now available for employees with part-time status! Employees can elect from medical, dental and/or vision coverage. The health insurance plans follow a calendar plan year but a special open enrollment period is being held for a coverage start date of September 1, 2022.

Student Loan Paydown Program

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare supports the efforts of employees who have completed educational degrees in nursing for professional growth and development. Redstone offers student loan repayment for eligible employees up to $15,000 over a (3) year period. To be eligible, the employee must be active in a a position that requires a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and be full-time, part-time, or casual. Eligible degree programs include Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing, or Bachelors in Nursing.
